category is comprised of multiple sub-categories in which you can find all of
the related products. This method may take a little longer than the search tool

Q: How do i order an item?
A: You may already have noticed the 'Add to cart' button on each item
page. If you would like to purchase that item you can click on the button, which
will result in adding 1 of that item into your shopping cart. You will be able
to change the number of copies you want to order when you check out. If any

Pre-order items
Some items are available for pre-order. You may still add these items to your
shopping cart, however, pre-order items will be shipped separately once they
come in.
If you would like to order an item that is currently for pre-order, please

- If you are ordering a pre-order item, the entire cost of the item is
charged on checkout. As soon the last item on your order arrives, your
complete order will then be shipped to you.
- Separate shipments can be made for multiple pre-order times but additional
shipping charges may apply.
- If your order consists of a combination of an item in stock as well as
pre-order item(s) will be considered a separate order to be shipped
immediately after the product is received (additional shipping charges May
apply).
- All release dates are subject to change based on information we receive
from each manufacturer. We update our website daily to reflect the most
up-to-date information available.
- Any cancellation of a pre-order item paid with a credit card will be
subject to a 3% processing fee that will be deducted from your refund. This
3% fee is based off the fees charged by our credit card processing service

Orders, Check (product ships once cleared), and Paypal payments.
Q: When Can I expect Shipment of My Order?
A: All In-Stock Items will ship out within 2-3 business days by USPS
Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation, Ups will only be used on large
orders. Out of Stock will be on hold and processed once items come back in
stock. Our General turnaround time is basically anywhere from 3-7
days for an order. If you need a rush order we can accommodate that also,
