Len (Vismitananda) is a young, autistic girl who lives with her poor mother. Amazingly, though, she also has amazing reflexes and astounding fighting skills. When her mother is diagnosed with cancer, Len finds a list containing everyone who owes her money and so, one by one, Len takes it upon herself to track them down and collect to help pay for her mom's medical bills. Unfortunately, many of the debtors are part of a gang called No. 8, which include a number of powerful politicians. Seeing how Len's kicking butt to collect from them, the big wigs in the gang decide to kill her, marking the beginning of an an all-out war between the justified young fighting savant and the group of corrupt gangsters.
